I’m so excited to share some big news: in April 2026, I’ll be running the Boston Marathon as a charity runner for the Victoria McGrath Foundation — and beginning today, my fundraising journey officially begins!

Running Boston has always felt like a dream, but getting the chance to run for a cause this meaningful makes it even more special. The Victoria McGrath Foundation was created in honor of Victoria McGrath, a survivor of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. After bravely recovering from life-altering injuries, Victoria tragically passed away in a car accident. To honor her compassion and her heart for serving others, her parents created a foundation that continues her legacy by supporting children with disabilities, individuals with special needs, and returning veterans. You can check out the foundation’s website here. I feel so incredibly grateful to be part of this team and to play even a small role in carrying Victoria’s legacy forward.

As part of the 2026 marathon team, I’m fundraising $8,000 to support programs like family retreat scholarships, respite support for families, and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Every single donation helps, and I’m incredibly grateful for any support — whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing my link.

To make this more fun and meaningful, I’ve put together some Fundraising Incentives for anyone who donates:

If you’d like to support my fundraising efforts, you can donate through:

✔️ Venmo

✔️ The Victoria McGrath Foundation website (just be sure to include my name!)

✔️ Zelle (+1-847-715-6995)

This journey means so much to me — not just as a runner, but as someone who deeply believes in the importance of supporting families and individuals with special needs. Thank you for reading, for cheering me on, and for being part of this adventure. I can’t wait to take you along for every mile. 💛
