Happy New Year! It's officially 2026 and I'm excited to share my top favorite memories from this year. I will be sharing one picture from each month of the year. This is my fifth year writing this blog post which is hard to imagine! If you want to see the previous four years you can click here:



Before I start, I want to sincerely thank you for supporting my blog throughout this year. I'm so grateful for the love and support and I wish you and your loved ones the best year yet in 2026!


January

I started the year in Illinois spending time with loved ones before flying back to Reno.

Dan and I traveled to Seattle, WA and spent the best weekend with two of our favorite people and one of our favorite dogs! We missed Cam, Kelsey, and Bauer and can't wait for our next trip.

Kendall and I had an epic sister trip to New Orleans, LA! We had the absolute best time and can't wait for our sister trip this year.

April

My parents came out to Reno to visit Dan, Nala, and I! They also helped us move into our new apartment along the Truckee River. We couldn't have done it without their help!

Janine and Dylan came out to Reno to visit! We had so much fun catching up and exploring the beauty around us.

June

We took a trip home to Illinois to celebrate my baby sister's high school graduation! I couldn't be prouder of my Lucy Lynn.

This was perhaps the best month of the year! Dan proposed while we were on a short getaway trip to Costa Rica!

Jenny came out to Reno to visit Dan, Nala, and I. We also spent an amazing weekend in Tahoe with Jessica and Tarun!

September

After over 9 months of training, I completed my very first Ironman 70.3 in Madison, WI! I had the best experience and couldn't have done it without the best family and friends supporting me along the way.
